  1. Select the Chrysalis® course you would like to take
  2. Complete the form below and press submit
  3. You will be sent a Chrysalis® brochure containing the Course Application Form
  4. Carefully complete the Course Application Form and return to us
  5. If you are successful, we will contact you to arrange an interview which you must confirm that you can attend

Please Note: Upgrading to longer courses at a later stage is more costly and priority on those courses is given to students who enrol on them in advance — which means that upgrading may not be possible if they are full. Students wishing to take longer courses should sign up for them in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • You are free from diagnosed mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia)
